The staff was friendly, and I appreciated the spaciousness of the room. Conveniently, Texas Roadhouse was right next door for easy dining options.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was poor. I noticed stained carpets and outdated decor. The breakfast service disappointed, lacking replenished items and cleanliness in the dining area.

Indoor pool was nice, but the handicap device was broken for too long.

great access to parks and restaurants for weekend explorers

I really enjoyed my stay with the incredibly friendly staff and the convenient location that put some great dining spots just a few steps away, making it easy to grab a delicious meal before heading out to explore the nearby Savannah Rapids Park for some beautiful walkways and scenery.

my stay at country inn was really nice! check-in was super smooth, and the staff were very friendly. the room was clean and cozy, and i loved that it’s close to many restaurants. breakfast was tasty, and coffee was surprisingly good! also, having a microwave meant i could snack easily, which was a plus.

Awesome team made it special

Had a super comfy stay! Brittany at the front desk was really friendly, which made check-in a breeze. The room was nice and clean, but it had some sticky spots. The pool was heated and perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was solid – those waffles were a hit! Just wish the coffee was better, though.

It was just an excellent fit for a lightning stop in Augusta with exceptional value. The staff made me feel welcomed, especially with those fresh cookies. Be sure to check if any amenities are open before arriving.

modernization needed but staff friendly

the air conditioning in our room was a refreshing surprise after a long day, but the motel's overall condition could use a serious upgrade to make it truly enjoyable.

I greatly appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere of Country Inn & Suites By Radisson, Augusta At I-20, Ga. The staff was attentive, always ready to assist, and the common areas were both clean and nicely decorated.

A better breakfast selection would be appreciated.

The room layout efficiently included two queen beds and a sofa bed, providing good space for a family. The free breakfast offered a variety of options, making it a nice start to the day, although some items could've been better stocked.

Issues with cleanliness marred the experience. carpets felt grimy, and a lingering odor in the hallway was off-putting. The bathroom had a poorly functioning tub and sink that drained slowly, requiring quick showers to avoid pooling water. Limited towels were available, and requests for additional ones faced delays. Additionally, while the beds seemed standard, they lacked that extra comfort one would hope for. Breakfast options also suffered. many items had run out or were left unrefreshed. The ambiance felt lacking, as the breakfast area appeared disheveled despite several hours since opening. Not ideal for keeping the family spirits high.

can just recommend for a brief pit stop

Comfortable bed, convenient location, with a 24-hour reception and nearby bus station perfect for travelers needing access.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

No room service on the fourth day—guess they thought we could just call on the neighbor! Good luck finding clean towels, they must have been on vacation too!

Had an awesome trip with a group of friends! We enjoyed golfing at a beautiful course along the river and found time for some fun water adventures like rafting. The location is great, and the staff was really attentive to our needs. Just be prepared for breakfast. it was mainly microwave options, but the value for our stay was solid.

One downside was that the pool was closed when we arrived. It was a bummer since we were looking forward to that. We heard it was closed for repairs, but the situation wasn't communicated before our arrival.

The staff were attentive and accommodating throughout our 14-night stay. The room was impressively spacious and clean, more than we expected for the price we paid.

We weren't able to use the indoor pool due to the water temperature being too cold.
